Regional Senior Vice President
CurrentCharles Richardson oversees the operations of 19 offices throughout the Southeast Florida region. He began his real estate career as a residential and commercial sales associate for ten years. He managed a commercial office in St. Petersburg for Merrill Lynch Realty in 1985-1986, then managed five residential offices over the next twelve years for ML Realty, Prudential Florida Realty in St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Naples. He was named as a Regional President with Prudential Florida Realty prior to the sale to St. Joe. Mr. Richardson served as the Regional President for Arvida Realty in Southwest Florida until the merger with Coldwell Banker. Charles served as Regional Senior Vice President in SW Florida for 6 years for Coldwell Banker prior to being relocated to SE Florida at the beginning of 2009 to serve the Miami-Dade and Broward market in SE Florida in the same capacity. While serving in the Miami-Dade market, Charles put together the largest merger of Realtor Associations in the history of the industry when he negotiated and facilitated the merger of the Realtor Association of Miami and the Beaches (RAMB) with the Miami and the Realtor Association of Miami Dade County in August of 2010 forming the largest Realtor Association in the United States with 25,000 members. Charles moved to the Tampa Bay market in April of 2011 to take over as Regional Senior Vice President for Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. He leads 15 offices throughout the Tampa Bay market and Coldwell Banker is the number one real estate brokerage company in the market.
