I have over 20 years of technology experience in Higher Education. In my current role, I am serving Geneva College as the Director of Technology services. Some recent team projects include deployment of Teams Rooms, classroom upgrades, as well as the replacement of our entire campus network. In my previous role, I was responsible for deploying Zoom to the entire University of Missouri. I led the development of the project charter and was heavily involved in the implementation plan and timeline, stakeholder discussions, vendor communication and coordination, documentation and training delivery, and creating the end user deployment and support. During the first few months, we onboarded over 65,000 new users and hosted over 2,120,000 meetings. Our team moved nearly the entire operation of the University of Missouri's 4-campus system and hospital to the Zoom platform in a matter of weeks.
