I have been playing guitar for a very long time, and have worked on many projects. Most currently I am playing with All the Astronauts. A worship band that has a focus on being something different in the CCM community. We are worship leaders.

I manage many service provider accounts. Prep Service Providers for advertising and make sure they meet the minimum qualifications to speak with a Senior Consultant about advertising. Customer service is a big part of the job. I resolve issues with Service Providers and play a large role in trying to recapture previous advertising companies.

Customer Service management, cash office, phone system management, scheduling for the front end operations, hiring staff, merchandising, Club Visa credit card operations including federal regulations with making credit cards, hitting sales goals, traffic control for the store, web orders, customer returns, discount management, assisting with store marketing, disciplinary action, training, register management, and many more duties that would apply in a retail environment.
