Developed a used parts exchange business with all profits going to the Workshops for Warriors Veterans Program in San Diego. Used funds to donate food vending machines, food for thanks giving meals and cash. Closed business due to growing lack of interest.

Using the success of the systems developed in Ruecker Global Solutions, RH Collets was narrowly marketed to Hydromat work-holding components. Within 2 years became the leading aftermarket work-holding solution for Hydromats growing combined customers of RGS and RH collets to 95 companies.

New business start up aimed at revolutionizing how tooling is designed, manufactured and sold. The Hydromat Rotary Transfer customer was targeted resulting in business growth to 64 customers in Canada, USA and UK and seven figure annual sales.

Developed the engineering department and tooling support capabilities to design, and implement rotary transfer tooling programs for 13 Hydromat Rotary transfer machines. Including new machine specification and acquisition.

Managed a 70 person captive Tool & Die Shop designing building die cast tooling and equipment. Using conventional and the latest lights out CAD/CAM, CNC, EDM and CMM technologies.
