I've handled everything from front line help desk to leading groups of IT customer service associates to network and systems administration. I've owned and operated a previous computer consulting company (Computer Savvy, LLC) which specialized more in the home user market, and co-owned two other businesses in trucking (Right Now Trucking) and women's clothing (EnlistedWear.com).
