• Understanding the statistical business processes in place in various domains and, analysing functional requirements to identify information flows and procedures;• Proposing ways how to improve process dependencies through new/existing technology or alternative operations;• Facilitating the integration of automated processes by analysing the feasibility of, and developingrequirements for new systems;• Acting as liaison between production units and software developers by translating business requirements into software requirements;• Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employeeadoption and usage and minimizing resistance to change;• Providing direct support and coaching to all levels of staff to integrate change management activities into their project plans;• Defining and documenting business functions and processes; producing high-level workflows in UML;• Ensuring constant and clear communication with all stakeholders.

Project types include:• Data entry software;• Task management and reporting software;• Data pivot and manipulation software;• Front-end and content management web applications.Database Administration on MS SQL Server. This includes:• An advanced level of SQL and experience in applying it in ad-hoc queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers;• Mapping out conceptual database designs and handling implementation;• Database migration, data import/export, activity monitoring, and other administrative tasks.Providing other support whenever necessary, such as:• Training and supervision of junior programming staff;• Server administration;• Document compilation;• Data transmission coordination;• Configuration and installation of hardware and software;• Assistance in MS Excel, MS Access, IBM SPSS, R, Demetra+, and other applications;• Other I.T. related support.
