Senior Account Manager
CurrentThe Senior Account Executive develops and closes new business opportunities within an assigned territory. The role grows territory revenue by effectively managing and continuously feeding a sales pipeline/funnel of potential customers and identifying target customers for new sales. The role cross sells and upsells with acquired customers. The role develops and executes customer retention strategies. The role prospects customers by phone, email, marketing campaigns, referrals, LinkedIn, etc. The role coordinates with the marketing department to qualify and identify leads. The role works the pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that accommodate corporate goals. Coordinating and qualifying “Proof of Concept” studies for prospects. Facilitating sales efforts by remaining highly knowledgeable of Omnitracs’ products and target industries. Interacting with cross-functional business leadership teams, including Finance, Contracts, Product Management, Customer Service, and Engineering. Managing territory assignments and pipeline activity. Participating in sales forecasting. Achieving or exceeding quarterly sales quotas accomplished by selling Omnitracs products to well qualified prospects and customers. Managing account and contact information through the entire sales lifecycle process using Salesforce.com.
