- Recruited to enhance communication and customer relation skills of the operations group and prototype analyst group consisting of 20 employees- Coordinated warehouse activities to support all incoming and outgoing parts locally, nationally, and internationally.- Facilitated bi-monthly departmental strategy meetings with supervisors, managers, and other departmental personnel.- Interfaced with local and regional customers including engineering staff, administration, and suppliers/vendors on a daily basis.- Supported prototype build and testing activities for numerous vehicle programs.- Conducted accurate and detailed performance appraisals/reviews.

Used bar code scanners to organize warehouse and pick parts for vehicle builds. Worked closely with FedEx, UPS, and other local freight companies to ship parts and other materials domestically and internationally. Assisted in the distribution of test parts to a variety of on-site testing groups. Learned how to successfully operate three different sizes of forklift, including ones large enough to move entire vehicles. Learned how to receive vehicles from truck transports.

Handled all incoming and outgoing parts for the entire operation. Procured all equipment and parts needed to run assembly lines. Managed three employees and worked with the driver on daily routes. Communicated with line leaders to provide better service to each line and to overall operations. Played a significant role in year-end inventory of the entire plant.
