Assisted in planning and execution of Ascension Texas Peer Review, analyzing 5 categories of products to deliver $2.2M in annualized savings. Supported local supply savings initiative reducing the cost of Remicade infusions, realizing savings in excess of $1.8M for Dell Children’s Medical Center clinic locations. Lead and coordinate the Ascension Texas New Products Decision Team, managing stakeholder communications across 18 departments. Created a Tableau dashboard for purchased services for Ascension Wisconsin, enhancing the visualization, tracking, and management of projected savings. Collaborated with intern peers in creating a six-phase onboarding training program for new pharmacy associates; developed a project tracker to measure the decrease of $184M in avoidable off-contract spending. Performed four cost savings analyses, amounting in $28K in projected local supply savings.

This position assisted in the organization and management of the operations department, the coordination of shipments and work processes as directed by the Operations Manager and Operations Vice President. Gathering information, creating analytical models and implementing improved work processes were the largest tasks associated with this position.

The primary objective of the Director of Finance & Operations is to serve on the Executive Cabinet and advance the goals of the chapter through proper fiduciary management. In doing so, he provides a stronger experience for his chapter brothers ensuring pivotal operations of the chapter run smoothly. It is through his efforts and leadership that the Director of Finance and Operations will promote the integrity of the organization, archive the business of the chapter, and ultimately advance the goals of the chapter. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:♣ Lead, manage, and ensure the successful completion of responsibilities of the Marshall, Treasurer, and Secretary. ♣ Meet regularly, both individually and as a division, with coordinators.♣ Attend all Executive Cabinet Meetings.♣ Develop, submit, and oversee budget for areas of responsibility. ♣ File and report an accurate chapter roster through OmegaFi twice per year (November 15 and April 15).Attend Webb Academy Conference and participate in Finance and Operations Track.
