- Undertaking inspection and enforcement work in respect of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance and the Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance and their subsidiary regulations.- Undertaking promotion and publicity work for enhancement of occupational safety

- Execute shut-down and start-up of gas and plant facilities including switching, isolation and purging.- Perform front-line gas processing plant operation as well as power plant equipment operation and maintenance in a safe and efficient manner.- Provide technical and engineering support to the shift operation teams.- Supervise, direct, and co-ordinate multi-disciplinary work teams and contractors’ workforce to carry out overhaul jobs and other maintenance activities to ensure consistent work quality and job safety are maintained at all times.- Act as an Authorized Person or a Senior Authorized Person to carry out gas purging, electrical and mechanical isolation and issuance of safety documents.

- Assist in managing the technical team and contractors to deliver the highest machine and plant availability to support the operation.- Perform machine parts control and replenishment planning, including cost estimates and proposals.- Prepare and manage records and reports on machines and resource usage.- Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Hong Kong

- Assist in power plant operation, emergency repair of plant equipmentaccording to the established station procedures, company safety rules, policies, and standards.- Assist in providing technical, engineering and operation support to the shift operation team and fuel & material handling team.- Liaise with the parties concerned to facilitate generation unit, maintenance work, circuit switching, and other activities to optimize output.- Procure and manage of consumable goods and equipment- Monitor and analysis the consumables of power plant (Oil, water, coal...), and report the Manager- Co-ordinate unit and station maintenance activities, carry out electrical and mechanical isolation and issue safety documents.

- Assist and report to superiors for daily operations or any abnormalities during the cable car operation or maintenance- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the cable car system to ensure the highest level of safe and reliable cable car operations
