DataYou is a 12-week, rigorous data analytics training program.-Developed and oversaw a thorough screening strategy aimed at understanding the whole person: personality, values and experience. -Created and oversaw recruiting process that funneled program entrants from digital marketing campaigns and included automated emails, assessment invitations and multiple interviews. -Liaised with outside marketing firm to optimize digital campaign and target appropriate audience using current candidate data.
