Utilized creative presentations to overcome critical issues pertaining to employee concerns, such as embezzlement by former director, past lack of support to family or friends, and even a past relative having to pay 10 cents for a donut in WWII. I was able to turn around some of these negative images to help increase annual giving to record numbers.
