I am a senior executive with over 35 years of corporate and international experience. As a Certified Executive Coach and IB Partner I work with Leaders, CEO’s, Presidents, Board Members and C-Level Executives to achieve productive results and quality of life. I have the ability to identify as well as create value and am able to effectively influence staff and cross-functional teams. I possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills and enjoy mentoring in order to help others achieve outstanding and innovative results. I bring people together. I have been a member YPO for over 20 years, a Global Leadership Community of Chief Executives.I earned my bachelor's degree in Political Science from Tufts University and my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Thunderbird, School of Global Management. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, as well as very proficient in French.I am a Director and Partner of the Trisan Group. I founded Trelex International and was President of Trelex Enterprises, now part of Grupo Trisan. I also founded and was President of CUBICA Costa Rica, now Versatech Technologies. I have served on various boards of directors in different positions including as a Treasurer of the Chamber of Finance and Private Banking, as President of CUBICA Costa Rica, Vice President of Cubica International, the Costa Rican Chapter of YPO, and for fifteen years on the board of the Costa Rican-American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM). I have also served as a director on the board of the Lincoln School, as well as a member of the Finance Committee of the CRUSA Foundation.
