PMW 160 Technical Advisor (Jan 2015 to Present)Currently serving as technical advisor for PMW 160 Tactical Networks (of PEO C4I). This effort provides Cyber Security/IA and System-of-System engineering support under the PMW160 Technical Director. Efforts include providing engineering support to take Cyber Security input from the IA Tech Authority and develop roadmaps. This includes enterprise cyber security integration efforts to meet the enterprise architectures for Navy Tactical Cloud, Integrated Fires, A2AD and other Navy initiatives such as cross domain solutions and IDaM . This effort also includes, in coordination with the PMW 160 Technical Director, producing documents such as the CANES Technology Roadmap, White papers on CANES issues, supporting the transition of ONR technologies, supporting JIE and IC-ITE working groups, meeting with industry reps on new technologies, working the Office of the Chief Engineer on Afloat architecture products, working with Navy Tactical Cloud technologies, supporting PEO tech exchanges with other PEO’s , and Integrated Fires and Data strategy efforts.

Served as Command, Control, Communications and Intelligence (C4I) Technical Director for the Navy’s acquisition command that provides C4I capabilities to the Warfighter including ship, shore sites and space. Responsible for technical oversight to ~$1.5B of execution year funded programs and provides guidance as to what the Naval C4I investment strategy should be. The work involves coordination among families of programs, coordination with echelon one Navy Organizations, and coordination with Naval R&D and Experimentation Agents. Recent Accomplishments include:• (2005- Jan 2015) Created the PEO C4I Masterplan (updated annually) that documents the enterprise approach for modernizing the portfolio of systems within the PEO C4I organization. It also indentifies the total set of capabilities PEO C4I will deliver to the warfighter over the Future Year Defense Plan (FYDP) timeframe. • (2012- Jan 2015 ) for Navy Tactical Cloud. Purpose is to provide a logical methodical move to cloud, big data, content delivery netoworks, and support Agile deveopment.• (2011) Led effort to produce the PEO C4I Data Strategy that implements a enterprise policy to for handling data and ensures all data produced can be easily shared between systems.• (2010) Led effort to produce on-line PEO C4I Service Catalog that identifies/advertizes all software services and applications being generated by PEO C4I over the FYDP, ensures the software produced can be easily reused or shared between systems.

The Architecture and Planning Dept. Head (A&P HD) manages the development of Architecture and Standards for Navy C4ISR. Responsibilities include:• Coordinating the architecture effort across multiple Naval commands (including PEO-C4I & SPACE, PEO-IT, PEO-IWS, ASN RDA CHENG, NAVAIR, NAVSEA, AIR FORCE, ARMY, JFCOM, OPNAV). • Coordinating and directing the work associated with producing a cross service Joint C4ISR Architecture. This includes working with the Air Force C2 Constellation effort as well as the Army Enterprise Architecture effort.• Personnel and Budget preparation (2-3 million/year) for the entire Architecture Department
