Charles Tingley is a partner in the Competition & Foreign Investment Review practice at Davies. He advises clients on a variety of matters, including in relation to merger control and Investment Canada Act review, cartels, abuse of dominance, criminal and civil investigations, misleading advertising and other pricing, distribution and general compliance matters. In addition, Charles has acted in major litigation before the Competition Tribunal and the courts. He also has experience in competition law enforcement; prior to rejoining Davies in 2012, Charles was Deputy General Counsel at the New Zealand Commerce Commission. He is admitted in Ontario and New Zealand.
