As an organization manager with over four years of experience in various sectors, I have developed core competencies in business-to-business (B2B), vendor management, and people management. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in organizational management, with a focus on logistics and transport, in Dec 2023. I am eager to transfer these skills into the Black tech industry, where I can contribute to creating and implementing innovative solutions that enhance organizational performance and customer satisfaction.In my most recent role at World Overcomers Ministry, I managed SOP and GMP for Sunday Service catering, overseeing industrial, vehicle, and building maintenance. I also collaborated with niche contractors to optimize operational efficiency, trained and utilized SalesForce technologies across multiple teams, and designed a sales model for church apparel and merchandise, initiating marketing campaigns. I have a strong drive to learn new software engineering skills and a burning will to enter a new industry.
