Responsible for evaluating, setting and managing legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, best practices, identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent-management goals.

Reporting to the Executive Director, provide leadership, direction, advice, influence and ownership for all Human Resources strategy and Human Capital Management (HC) functions and processes, including talent management, performance management, rewards, employee engagement, policy development and compliance, organizational culture and HC metrics.• Successfully collaborate with the executive team to vision, develop and execute human capital management strategies and processes to support CLC employees and to advance organizational objectives. • Lead and continuously improve HR related processes, including employee communication, benefits, recruitment, rewards, employee engagement activities, HRIS and reporting on results.

Working in a shared services model, managed the Human Resources matters for selected Corporate Services divisions at New Jersey's largest energy provider.

Directed the Human Resources Generalist team providing outstanding client service to the Corporate and Field employees throughout the Advantage Schools network.

Provided testing, interviewing and selection services to assigned business groups of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, the country's oldest mass transportation system.

Developed and managed the employee relations, benefits, recruitment, compensation, training, management development and performance management programs for this leading community based non profit health center.
