Philadelphia Dance Talk Radio is a podcast dedicated to the discussion, promotion and uplifting of all things dance in Philadelphia!

- Oversaw day-to-day operations of the bar (ordering/stocking inventory, payroll, staffing, etc.)- Managed events and programming including a monthly curated visual and performing arts showcase highlighting LGBTQ+ and BIPOC performers and artists.- Bartended- Implemented and managed bar's cocktail program - Oversaw and managed all social media and marketing.

- Coordinating bi-monthly performing arts series which provides a venue and audience for up to forty artists per 7 month season- managing an intern- designing and distribution of promotional materials- designing performance program booklet- coordinating box office and support staff, technical rehearsals and rehearsal scheduling- stage manager for performances- planning post-performance receptions- establishing and managing web and social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Vine, Blogger, Wordpress, Dreamhost)
