Managing a small team of regional sales managers in the Benelux area.

In my current role I am responsible for about 10 global manufacturers (most of them stock-listed) within the Marine portfolio, providing them and their dealer network with financial solutions to grow their business within the EMEA region (20+ countries). Actively managing this customer portfolio on a daily basis by identifying, developing and delivering new financing product, service and country expansions for our customers in order to grow the book by 10% on a yearly basis.

Currently I am working for Wells Fargo Capital Finance as Sales Manager Benelux after successfully being employed as a trainee in the graduate program for the GE Capital Commercial Distribution Finance branch in Düsseldorf, Germany. Wells Fargo took over GE Capital CDF in October 2016. As a Sales Manager I try to grow the business within my region, being already responsible for about 150 clients in various markets: Motorsports, Marine, Tech and RV.We enable customers to grow their business by extended payment terms and long intrest free periods. This gives our customers more liquidity and working capital to grow their business.
