Currently working as Quality Business Partner for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) covering countries the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Denmark. I manage a small team of Quality specialists to manage this function for the 4,000 people in the SBU. My responsibilities involve planning and overseeing audits, following up on any raised defects, facilitating the external ISO certification process, planning and reporting of customer satisfaction surveys, identifying areas for improvement and managing the implementation of those improvements, planning and reporting of internal satisfaction surveys, handling client complaints.In the past, I spent years in project management in networking and real-time payments, and line management positions as delivery manager, operations manager and commercial manager, ensuring the health of all projects under my supervision, as well as pre and post contract activities focusing on end-to-end risk management.
