Specifically, I manage the Direct Services arm of the company, which all Operational Aspects. This newly formed division is to provide energy related services to HV and partner organizations to assure best practices in the design and operation of building energy consumption. Achieved a thorough understanding of the existing energy monitoring system. Updated data acquisition schedule for “real time” monitoring. Conducted SWOT analysis/ assessment on hardware and UX deficiencies. Instituted agile project management techniques to map feature development. Developed “landing page” and key performance indicators. Also developing predictive algorithms for additional energy optimization strategy once first round upgrades have been achieved. Launched “mobile” or hand held version of software monitoring system for cell phone or tablet use. I was responsible for all post contract activity regarding the sale, installation and commissioning of a 100kW “community scale” wind turbine. I managed the on-going field maintenance and support programs and I oversaw a staff of eight field service technicians, four project managers, and a trainer.
