Contract for IBM working for large retail account on Systems Engineering supporting advanced Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft, etc.platforms

Worked for CompuCom's Wal-mart contract. My team is known as the 3rd level help desk. Wal-mart has one of the largest computer networks in the world. We help support all their servers which range in technologies such as Windows, Citrix, VMWare, SQL, Exchange, etc.

Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and support of Wal-Mart related network.• Maintained server hardware to achieve the highest uptime possible at all times. • Troubleshot various network components for server connectivity including cabling, switches, software, and hardware.• Supported application, print, fax, multimedia, and register servers for all 3000+ US Wal-Mart stores.

Prepared and modified large technical proposals to perform IT services. Consistently worked to analyze and improved departmental technical operations. Established new networking procedures resulting in increased productivity and more efficient resource utilization.
