Millicom is a leading provider of mobile, TV and Internet service for consumers and businesses in Colombia, Paraguay, Bolivia, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Costa Rica, under the brand Tigo.I oversaw the digital experience of Tigo's mobile subscribers. Over $40M / month collected in invoice payments via our digital channels. Our apps provided information on their plan, data usage, customer assistance, paying bills electronically, and upgrading plans. Previously I worked with the different markets to help grow the mobile application Tigo Shop (prepaid self-service) from 1M to 4M customers.
