• Selected to relocate to New York to help enhance the delivery capabilities of Atos’ growing Big Data & Cybersecurity (BDS) division. Implementing business processes to support the management of a $100m annual pipeline. • Implementation of Atos' Enterprise Risk Management process for Atos' Big Data & Cybersecurity division in North America.• Responsible for the delivery of a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) project based in New York that focused on moving our customers workload from their current on-prem solution to GCP.• Project co-ordination of a $1.5m Big Data & Analytics project sponsored by both organizations’ CEOs. Led business case development for delivering for analytics to our customer. • Developed Atos’ DataLake cost model to offer pricing for customer opportunities; worked directly with senior management to challenge existing methodologies and shape approach. • Worked as part of the pre-sales team and responsible for the commercial response of a $4mio Big Data RFP for a multinational client. I presented the commercial model during the customer presentation.• Led a small agile project team to aggregate our customer’s data that drove cost cutting initiatives within their reporting division.

Situated in the Infrastructure & Data Management (IDM) service line where I worked on both the bidding and delivery of global ITO contracts. Primarily, working as part of the Transition and Transformation (T&T) team.During my time at Atos I have worked on a multitude of internal and external projects & programmes in a variety of industries (Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Aviation & Healthcare). Internally, I have helped drive improvement initiatives to help the efficiency of the wider project environment. Overall, I have gained experienced in both the bidding & delivery of global projects/programs.I have co-led a T&T RFP response with a contact value of €120mio. In this role I was responsible for the delivery of:- Transition & Transformation (T&T) Plan Creation (Migration Planning)- Bid Financials (T&T)- Obligations, Dependencies, Deliverables identification - Schedule Development- Resourcing- Due Diligence- Communications- Current/Future Mode of Operation Organization Structure- Testing & Acceptance Process - Risk/Issue Identification and Risk StrategyFurthermore, I have gained project delivery experience where I have had various client experiences and worked in a variety of roles including:- Workstream Lead- Project Manager- PMO Lead- Proposal Management- Process Development/Improvement- Financial Management (Process creation & Monitoring)- Customer Satisfaction (Process creation & Monitoring)- Resource Management & Training- PO Creation, Validation & Tracking- RAID Management

* Worked as part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team which required extensive analysis & collaboration with various departments to suitably evaluate the financial performance of the company's summer products.* Conducted cost efficiency analysis of beach-club performance over varying Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to enable the proposal of creative strategies to eliminate excessive costs. Overall, this was proposed in a summer analysis review to outline potential cost savings circa £1m.
