Developed a platform that enables the Independent Agency to compete with the marketing efforts of GEICO, Esurance, USAA, Progressive Direct, etc. by transitioning the current independent Agency structure to a more efficient/cost effective Platform. The IB Platform will allow clients of multiple distribution points to compare pricing and communicate directly with the carriers of their choosing through ONE source, IB Business Centers. The goal of the IB platform is to drive down marketing expenses by reducing the redundancy and improves the ability of the consumer to shop.

• Developed a commercial auto program for the association underwritten by Allstate generating over $10,000,000 million in premium.• Developed and implemented an affinity marketing program for commercial coverages for small construction firms within a national organization comprised of more than 20,000 members.• Provided programming through an independent relationship with Allstate Insurance to more than 12,000 agents nationwide.

• Acquired DORAN & CO. INSURANCE in 1996; renamed, owned and operated agency in Boca Raton, Florida offering coverages in personal lines, small commercial packages, and worker’s compensation.• Developed an equine program in conjunction with a Nationally-recognized Judge focusing on Hunter and Jumpers, generating over $2,000,000 in annual premium and $200,000 in annual commissions – sold program to MARKEL INSURANCE in 1997.• Established FIRSTATE of Puerto Rico in 2001; creating, developing and implementing Extended Warranty coverage for auto dealers in Puerto Rico and Southeastern United States. Developed underwriting; sales & marketing, and third party administration for the program. • Signed 30+ automobile dealers to the program, generating revenues in excess of $100,000 per month.

• Developed and expanded Independent Agency and Real Estate Agency. Coverages offered personal lines, commercial packages and unique programs for exposures such as ski areas, snowmobile trails. • Created and managed numerous niche property and casualty programs covering such things as: shooting ranges, school bus lines, CATERPILLAR franchisors, Maids franchisors, commercial laundries, etc.• Companies represented included The Hartford, Travelers, Utica Mutual, Kemper, New York Casualty etc. • Sold the Agency to THE LAWRENCE GROUP and stayed on as Vice President of Marketing involving over 300 national producers.• Developed alternate funded health plans marketed as Southeast Health Plan for employers such as Palm Beach Fire Rescue 800+ lives and Palm Beach Clerk’s Office 400+ lives.
