Completed cutover safely in on-air environment. ● Designed and deployed 5-camera integration with PTZ Robotic Heads, Prompters, and talent monitors.● Led deployment of $600K Newsroom Production & Automation systems, including staff training, dress rehearsal and cutover. Completed project within corporate deadlines, no lost airtime, and less than 40% overtime during transition period.● Reacted to Covid-19 facilitating work-from-home for 80% of staff, distancing remaining staff in office and field, obtaining high-grade cleaning products and services at reduced cost. Never closed nor missed any scheduled productions.
