Quality Assurance • Construction Management • Experienced Project Engineer & Foreman • Project Management Certificate • Utility Line Location• Conduct quality assurance activities and field inspections to ensure compliance with procedures, processes, and guidelines set forth by ASME RTP-1 quality standards.• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and confirmation of procedures and guidelines for product quality, and escalate non-compliant processes or products for correction.• Perform audits to inspect and test RFP and Dual Laminate equipment (Visual, Hydrostatic, Viscosity, Ultrasonic, Barcol, Spark Testing, etc.) and perform Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis (RCCA) to identify and solve problems.• Ensure products meet customer specifications and adheres to the construction drawing.• Manage and maintain various quality systems within FRP industry and ASME RTP-1, UL, FM, and ASTM quality standards.• Meet with 3rd party FRP Inspectors and ensure document control and database entry.• Manage purchasing and receiving procedures for raw materials.• Operations and construction management skills inclduing collaborating with subcontractors and inspectors, supervising workers, maintaining quality controls, and managing schedules and budgets• Technical skills in residential and commercial construction including interpreting prints, utility line networks, preparing RFIs, and other building tasks (concrete pours, framing and structure quality, window installation and sealing, etc.)• Completion of Project Management Certificate program from the University of Delaware to better understand how to effectively plan, organize, control, and lead a project throughout its entire life cycle• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in customer service, working on teams, and relating to people from different backgrounds• Critical thinking, research, and problem solving abilities, and interest in new challenges
