Charles is an experienced Cyber and Information Security Professional with expertise in the NIST Cyber Security Framework and a history of working in both the private and public sectors. He started SR2 Solutions after seeing so many cyber security breaches affect people from all walks of life from individuals, to small business owners, to major corporations, to parts of critical infrastructure.In 2019 he graduated with a Masters Degree in Homeland Security from Texas A&M University – The Bush School of Government and Public Service with an emphasis in Critical Infrastructure Protection. Charles also earned a Masters of Business Administration from the Lamar University MBA Program. He’s been a member of the FBI’s Infragard program since 2017. Charles is a Visiting Fellow at and Professional Member of the Institute for Strategic Risk Management (ISRM) where he has given lectures on cyber security and cyber warfare and has been published in the ISRM Global Journal. His most recently published article is titled “Assessment of US Government Cyber Security Policies”.
