ESSEC Asian Strategy Project is a consulting mission conducted by teams of Essec students in collaboration with Capgemini Consulting. My team conducts a consulting mission for the leading mobile commerce service provider in China:- Analyze potential global markets and shortlist top countries to be targeted by the company- Define an international expansion strategy which details the entry mode for each of the targeted countries and the impact on the business model

First assignment in Paris, France:- Participate in the transformation of the accounting and treasury tool of a major insurance company to align the French entity's accounting standards with those of the worldwide Group for consolidation and reporting purposes.- Define with local accountants the accounting business requirements for the closing process linked to the implementation of a new SAP tool (fast close and full posting).- Define with the treasury business team business requirements linked to the implementation of a Treasury and cash flow reconciliation tool: management of cash collection and disbursement flows.- Contribute to the writing of the blueprint design regarding the decommissioning of the Feeder systems of the former accounting and treasury tool.h- Project Management Office (PMO) responsibilities: follow-up of schedules, workloads and project risks.Second assignment in Casablanca, Morocco:- Participate in the creation of a complete eBanking tool for the biggest Moroccan bank in terms of assets.- Define a marketing and communication plan for the clients of the bank regarding the features of the new eBanking solution.- Analyze the existing online tools and back office teams.- Provide the bank with an implementation paper regarding the systems to be decommissioned and the staffing changes to be made.- Project Management Office (PMO) responsibilities: follow-up of schedules, workloads and project risks.

Responsible for the design of a new communication strategy on the Internet.Conducted a study on most effective social networks communication practices and wrote a road map for the implementation of a communication strategy through social networks for the African Union.Participated in the improvement of the AU website.

Studied the Corporate Social Responsibility habits of major logistics companies and developed indicators enabling DHL to better assess its CSR strategy.
