QI developed the Quantum Intelligence System (QIS) from several DOD SBIR contracts. Based on the QIS, we also developed the Knowledge Gathering Network (KGN) product that allows collaborative users to gather, create, and disseminate knowledge from diversified information sources. The Knowledge Pattern Search (KPS) product extends the KGN capability to discover knowledge patterns and apply them to search for new, interesting, and unique information. Recently we adapted KPS as a Collaborative Learning Agent (CLA) in the context of Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA). Multiple CLAs can be networked to form an agent network. The networked CLAs subsequently learn behavior patterns from the multiple data sources and can then apply them for prediction and identification of new data. CLA has been selected for a US Navy FORCEnet Sea Trial, the Trident Warrior 08.

I started at Intel as a senior Engineer。 One day I was 15 minutes late in the morning, and I have to sign in "Reason I'm late". Immediately after me, Andy Grove was also signing in, because he was late, too. That equality has been my best lesson and personal experience at Intel. I closely involved in the Intel Inside business, from Pentium II, III, IV and Xeon. I also explored and advanced the Data Mining technology at Intel's workstream (workflow), even though it appeared no one in Intel was understanding "why Dr. Charles presented data mining to them" then. And Data Mining was one of the best ways to diagnose the Intel Workflow process, increase the Pentium die yield, cut the cost. My role model, Dr. Albert Yu, who had been the key leader at Intel from 386, 486, Pentium and all the way to Xeon. A retiring rich engineer at intel told me that Dr. Yu may be the next CEO of Intel. I had 1-on-1 meetings with Dr. Yu and presented to him about integrating "Silicon Graphics" technology into Pentium in 1997/1998. He suggested I write in more details. In 1998, Dr. Albert Yu’s plan for Intel’s next 10 years was ignored. Intel's Constructive Confrontation was definitely the best program. Effective meeting was another wonderful program in Intel University before 1999.
