Open, manage, and close escrow accounts for commercial real estate transactions.Review and interpret purchase agreements, loan documents, and other related contracts to ensure compliance with escrow instructions.Prepare and distribute escrow instructions, settlement statements, and other necessary documentation.Examine title commitments, surveys, and other legal documents to identify any potential issues or discrepancies.Work closely with title companies, underwriters, and legal teams to resolve any title or escrow-related issues.Prepare and review closing documents, including deeds, affidavits, and settlement statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal requirements.Disburse funds according to the escrow instructions, ensuring that all parties receive their payments promptly and accurately.Provide a final accounting and closing statement to all parties involved in the transaction.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving any issues that arise during the escrow process, and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.Educate clients on the escrow process, explaining terms and procedures in a clear and understandable manner.Handle any post-closing issues or follow-up requests as needed.
