I am currently in project management. Running new projects and doing repairs in the plant. Finding new ways to make systems flow faster with less man power. Maintaining or improving equipment for food processing. Designing and building new equipment.

Worked as a millwright. Repairing pumps,rotary dryers, conveyors, screeners, rotes screeners and weld repairs. Welding and fitting pipe systems. Fabrication of hoppers. Changing belts. Replacing bearings. Using work order system to complete PM’s and future repairs.

I work in the maintenance department where we are self-starters and safety his number one. This is an Industry Chemical plant where there is no room for errors. Lock out tag out is the biggest part of the job. We maintain all the mechanical equipment such as pump and piping systems, pump rebuilds from Chesterton seals the bearing replacements, chain drive systems, all stainless steel piping, filter press machines, screw conveyors systems with hydraulic motors, wiring and untiring (480 and 110 volt) motors for replacement, Autoclave seals and shafts, electric and pneumatic valve systems, and I have a full fabrication shop with every type of welding process.Tig, arc, and wire feed. Plasma cutting and oxy & acet torch cutting. We run E-PAC for our work order system
