• Managed all administration for the Office for Students funded Changing Mindsets project, a multi institution project that is focused on closing the attainment gap of Black Minority Ethnic and Working Class students• Communicated with and supported the project teams across the four partner institutions with quantitative data collection, the production of project reports, and any other queries• Coordinated the online presence of the project, including: developing and maintaining the project's website (mindsets.port.ac.uk), writing content for the project website, Tweeting daily content on Twitter, and building a relevant Twitter audience of over 1000 followers• Took detailed meeting minutes in full partnership, project officer, and institutional meetings• Established and maintained communication links between various stakeholders of the project• Organised and coordinated project events, such as meetings, student and staff workshops, and the project's conference• Supervised a team of nine Project Support Assistants during the project's conference.
