I am experienced working cross-functionally with FP&A, legal, marketing, strategy, tax, treasury, executive C-suite leadership, business segment leaders, and making presentations to the Board of Directors.As both a sell-side equity research analyst and head of investor relations I have participated in hundreds of earnings calls and I can effectively craft earnings call scripts, Q&A prep documents, and the earnings press release. My experience also includes conceiving and executing dozens of non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, investor field trips, and plant visits as well as building relationships and communicating with both sell-side analysts and buy-side investors. A large part of my career was spent as a Wall Street sell-side equity research analyst analyzing and modeling companies manufacturing everything from semiconductor testing equipment to heavy cranes and machinery and spanning end-markets as diverse as Medical, Construction, Oil & Gas, and Aerospace & Defense.I have always subscribed to something Calvin Coolidge once said:"Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.Talent will not; Nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.Genius will not; Unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.Education will not; The world is full of educated derelicts.Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent."This has been one of the cornerstones of my success from putting myself through college working multiple jobs, landing a job on Wall Street, working all night to meet a deadline, or installing a new water pump on an old BMW. I have a strong skill set in financial analysis and modeling, business & strategy analysis, and investments. My management experience ranges from a single subordinate mentor-type relationship to managing a team of 10-12 senior leaders with 15-18 junior personal in eight countries on three continents.
