I build and maintain working relationships by offering the best possible customer service. I coordinate and sponsor shop events and contests, manage flow team riders and brand ambassadors, and perform in-store showings of seasonal soft goods. I educate my customers on the ways that NHS products can benefit them financially by providing a hands-on explanation of new and updated products. I utilize window displays to implement visual merchandising strategies within stores. On a daily basis, I conduct calls and face-to-face customer meetings, maintaining records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts. To better understand a customer's specific needs, I monitor new products, competitors, and market conditions, and manage a private social media account for all NHS authorized dealers.
