I am an experienced Annie Award nominated Producer with a demonstrated history of success in the animation industry. Skilled in both 2D and 3D animation pipelines, I have various experience with budgets, schedules & project management with a minor background in marketing and brand awareness in relation to series distribution and consumer products. Across my career I have worked in various parts of the production pipeline and consider some of my greatest strengths to be leadership, client management, team building, organization, problem solving, risk management and critical thinking. I pride myself on my ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to changing environments, as well as being able to support team needs during difficult times. I have worked on various projects where my production management skills have been called on to turn things around, to which I have had great success in not only drawing from my instincts and previous experience but my ability to surround myself with a great team and work together to bring the project to a successful completion. My management style is results-oriented, but I love to foster expression, creativity, freedom, and autonomy in team members whenever possible and believe that allowing individual skills to shine forth enhances the strength and effectiveness of the group. When team members feel respected, the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts.
