I am a second year student at Ulster University studying Computer Science, since starting this course i have enjoyed the art of Java, from problem solving to creating. My love for computing has been with me since 15 when i took on GCSE ICT. I currently work at First Source for SKY, i spend my days on the phone to many different people from across the country who are having problems with their services. My job is to listen to what the customer is experiencing and try to pin point what the problem is then come up with a resolution.When I am not at work or at university i spend my time at the gym or socialising with friends.
