Charley Freericks is an experienced C-level organizational leader, known for managing complexity in ownership, joint ventures/partnerships, organizations and teams, through all phases of the development cycle. Deep experience in large scale community development, including acquisition, entitlement, planning and design, implementation, and operations with an emphasis on commercial/mixed-use environments.Completed almost 20 years of successful senior leadership positions experience with DMB in 2016, Including executive roles in Corporate Operations, General Management of Commercial/Mixed Use Development, and finally President of DMB from March of 2012 through February 2016.Prior to joining DMB in 1997, Charley served in executive roles in real estate development after starting his career in commercial brokerage.
