Acting in as an Assistant Producer during COVID - This includes recording interviews with SME’s, video editing using Adobe packages & editing manuscripts where necessary as well as various other responsibilities. I have introduced the workflow tool monday.com to the team and have rolled this out company wide. Job responsibilities below but not limited to:• Research venues for audio/video recording and carry out location scouting.• Prepare risk assessments for location filming as required.• Maintain the diary of upcoming production shoots and off-site engagements for the production team.• Prepare call sheets, scripts and travel arrangements in advance of production days.• Assist producers on shoots by transporting equipment, setting up and breaking down sets.• Coordinate the contracting of third party suppliers and content contributors• Collaborate with the Finance team at FutureLearn to ensure that invoices from third-party suppliers are accurate and paid promptly.• Continually scans the horizon for new suppliers and freelancers to expand capabilities and extend capacity.• Establish, experiment with, and refine scalable content production workflows, in particular for video.

I scheduled, supported and co-ordinated the production activities for IET.tv through to delivery as a final digital product. I previously received, reviewed, quoted and assessed budgets for all filming requests and created briefs for crews including running orders, kit requirements, speaker requirements and special requirements for live transmissions. Other duties included:• Researched venues for suitability – including access, camera positions, bandwidth, AV provision and any other requirements• Booked appropriate freelancers/equipment as required• Ensured post-production requirements are defined and met• Booked transport for crew/equipment and accommodation where required including international travel, visas, carnets and foreign currency• Communicated all meta-data and permissions to the Website Content Management Assistant for video record generation.• Completed the IET.tv Monthly Report of production time, videos produced, highlighted videos and statistics for the IET.tv Business Manager.• Dealt with administration such as POs, orders, invoices, HR and compliance requirements• Created call sheets and risk assessments for multiple shoots

• Responsible for creating a knowledge base by documenting issues, resolutions and best practice guidance for dissemination within the Customer Service Team. • Working in an Agile/Scrum environment with daily scrum meetings and conferences• Attending ELEX conferences around the UK giving demonstrations on behalf of The IET.• Communicating scheduled bug fixes, technical issues and resolutions between the IT and KS services teams.• Responsible for handing and resolving technical queries from customers to KS digital products and services by various forms of communication. Currently the first point of contact for technical queries for customers and potential customers. Responsible for supporting processes between Product Managers and IT & Digital Services within agreed deadlines and service level agreements. Examples of the typical technical queries include, but are not limited to, IP authentication/access control, browser compatibility, UI/UX issues, product release scheduling for bug fixes etc; compliance with all IT and administrative procedures relation to Digital Services and CRM systems. I have also designed an in depth user manual that has been published by The IET.

I currently work alongside Vodafone retail stores ensuring stores can effectively trade, diagnosing the appropriate matters where possible.

Moving up with my 5-day training course, continual training within the business has pushed me forward into a supervisor role. This involved managing colleagues, ensuring sales targets and aims were met at a good standard, over all taking control of situations ensuring the business ran smoothly. Completing various Samsung training courses & seminars. I am also a qualified Apple Sales Product Professional and passed an extensive training course on Apple Products.
