About Charley Lapomardo

Welcome! I am Charley (aka "Sparkle”), an Experience Facilitator and the Founder of Sparkleworks. I design and host spaces to help humanity realize our potential.✨To understand my impact, check out my recommendation section👇✨I've spent 2 years working independently as a Facilitator and Emcee at a diverse array of conferences and team-building events. Before that, I spent 5 years working at Wayfair as a Mixed Methods User Researcher focused on Employee Experience. Organically, I grew into the Community Culture Manager for our global experience design team of 160.I hold a BBA in Marketing, Theater, and Media Literacy from UMass Amherst, where I also worked as a Resident Assistant. As a Facilitator, Researcher, and naturally curious person, I’m an expert at asking the right questions, gathering data inputs, and collaboratively distilling meaningful insights to identify solutions with maximum impact. I have a knack for building shared understanding with cross-functional stakeholders. My team events and workshops foster "a-ha!" moments and team cohesion.Strengthsfinder: Connectedness, Strategy, Ideation, Woo, PositivityMyers-Briggs: "Campaigner" - ENFPPredictive Index: "Maverick" - Independent, Sociable, Driving, FlexibleDISC: Influence

We primarily work with corporate clients, and our events have anywhere from 20-400 participants onsite at hotels, conference centers, and company campuses.I bring positive energy to all participant interactions and especially enjoy working with senior leaders who are amongst their peers and out of their element. I've received a masterclass in negotiation while bargaining with CFOs over the monopoly money cost of streamers and Play-Doh.
