-Liaison with government department as part of project implementation.-Monitor, organize, and improve project tracking systems for CEO.-Organize and maintain relevant program files which includes researching potential initiatives and events, creating project proposals etc.-Collaborate with members of the division to evaluate progress and refine plans for project progress and project direction on behalf of CEO.-Provide vision and direction for division projects to ensure alignment with the organizational objective.-Evaluate and provide feedback for submissions from the departments. Eg: editing documents, maintaining an updated knowledge of division priorities, providing relevant responses, etc.-Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning & scheduling meetings and conferences.-Updating Action Taken Reports [ATR] of all meetings conducted by executive officer.-Preparing & coordinating oral and written communication with project team on behalf of executive officer, following up on results.-Addressing the grievances and concerns of Programme Managers by coordinating with other divisions and sections of the organization.
