Occasional volunteering with Devon and Cornwall food action, working as a group to distribute food and products to those who need it as well as reducing food waste.

I’m currently part of a team at a Tesco express store where I work to replenish stock following stick code rotations, ensure the store standards are met as well as providing a friendly service when on tills. I also aid management by completing additional tasks such as reductions of products, removal of products that are out of code and ensuring all labels are correct and up to date.

I work as part of a team to pick, pack and fill upwards of 600 orders daily. I also help parts of the wider team with tasks such as filling stock and till work where required in order to ensure customer satisfaction is always reached. I also previously trained other team members on the practical side of picking quality products as well as how to locate and pack them in a time efficient manner.

Studying an undergraduate BSc (hons) in Psychology.

A seasonal customer facing role in which I built relationships with customers in order to progress sales and target products to their specific wants and needs. I also had continuous development through the progression of my product knowledge; ingredients, uses, new lines and beauty regimes.
