I am currently working part-time at a veterinary practice as an administration assistant responsible for client's Pet Care Plans, whilst studying full time for a Psychology Conversion Masters at the University of East London. My role involves liasing with clients via telephone and email, being responsible for processing direct debit payments and dealing with client complaints and queries. I would like to persue a career in psychology after my studies, and I am mainly interested in clinical and developmental psychology. My current job role and previous work experience has provided me with the key skills to develop rapport with a wide range of people, but I am also keen to gain further work experience in the psychology industry whether this be voluntary or paid.
