Delivered both remote and onsite technical support to numerous small and medium-sized clients. Responsible for providing efficient desktop support and managing Microsoft servers, Microsoft 365/Exchange, and 3CX telephony systems. Known for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex technical issues within a fast-paced Managed Service Provider environment.

Responsible for maintaining and managing the helpdesk when required, prioritizing support tickets and offering remote based support or consultancy. Acted as an point of escalation for 1st line helpdesk analysts. Managed several projects involving deployment of servers, PBX Phone Systems, workstations, and printers to both new and existing customers.

Part of the Microsoft Apprenticeship scheme, I gained valuable experience in both sales and technical support. My role then transitioned into working independently across multiple elementary schools providing server support including management of Active Directory, Exchange, and Antivirus. Tickets were sent by teachers and prioritized by the technician including network, desktop, printer, and smart-board support.
