o Technical owner of Business Intelligence/Data Services at the Minnesota Judicial Branch. Directional oversight includes SQL Server 2016 enterprise data warehouse, business intelligence application suite (SSRS, Tableau, Power BI), and all OLTP application databases statewide (1200+ databases distributed across roughly 70 SQL Server 2012/2016 instances). Responsibilities included ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, performance tuning, security, licensing, and scalability.o Supervised two operations and development teams, including DBAs, data architects, SQL/ETL developers, and BI analysts. Providing day-to-day tactical direction, technical specifications, architectural roadmap, and project management for multiple statewide data initiatives.o Developed Power BI reports as part of a pilot to modernize BI/reporting tools within the organization. Reports were embedded in proprietary application used for judge and child support magistrate performance monitoring within courthouses across all 87 counties.o Implemented Kimball methodology for data warehouse lifecycle management on the BI team. Included standardized requirement templates, technical documentation, testing, and hands-on ETL development.
