As a Young Entrepreneur and a passionate sports person, I created an amalgamation of the two together to create a sports coaching business, uSports. Alongside uSports I have created a personal brand to help others. I deliver speeches, online learning and business coaching.uSportsI lead a team of over 110 people that work across the Thames Valley and Bristol. uSports was established at the beginning of 2018 and we now work with over 100 different schools, nurseries and colleges. We help schools and nurseries to increase the number of children that are physically active whilst in Education. Offering a variety of services to Early Years, Primary and Secondary Schools including PPA Cover, Teacher CPD, extra curricular clubs, active lunchtime clubs and Young Leader Awards. My first memory of business was as an online seller, I used to buy and sell video games from my peers and sell them on Amazon! Following on from that I started a waterless car washing business during a hosepipe ban! I also remember offering a local apple picking service to the neighbours. Alongside all of my side ventures, I would get up every morning seven days a week to deliver three newspaper rounds. I have no fear of working hard and moving forward in business.
