Following the successful integration of Killer Visual Strategies into Material (see below), I created and developed a new SEO department and associated service offerings for the agency to further grow the brand and deliver new client opportunities.

Following the sale of Killer Visual Strategies, I worked alongside leadership to integrate Killer and 10 other agencies in the formation of Material—a $500M global digital transformation and CX innovation agency—building an entirely new brand while protecting each independent agency’s brand value, market positions, organic traffic, and lead flow.

Positioned Killer as a global leader through the development and implementation of all in-house B2B marketing initiatives—including targeted digital campaigns, event marketing, PR, social media optimization, email marketing, content marketing and more—to deliver an average 60% YoY traffic growth with an average lead flow of 15 Fortune1000 leads per week.

Operationalized and facilitated initiatives for the agency’s business development program, while spearheading all marketing and SEO strategies.Responsibilities Include:►Implementing and executing all company sales and marketing functions.►Conducting and analyzing market research to determine industry trends, opportunities and competitiveness.►Implementing and overseeing all online marketing campaigns on both internal and client fronts.►Creating and overseeing short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures within the company.►Developing unique value propositions, business partnerships and call-to-action oriented marketing campaigns across multiple media.►Overseeing marketing budget and allocating funds toward all necessary expenses on a quarterly basis►Working with clients on both ends of the sales funnel.
