Oversee design, construction, and operations of large parks on the east coast of the United States and in Patagonia. I collaborate with landscape architects, architects, permitting specialists and engineers, trail designers, building contractors, land contractors, environmental graphics professionals and interface with community and state partners. My responsibilities include budgeting, project tracking, and review of design and construction quality.

At Peru’s Cordillera Azul National Park, I collaborated with extension agents and leadership to identify land use activities that support rural development in frontier farm communities within the park’s buffer zone. I lead a pilot project to map environmental services provided by forests to agricultural parcels, specifically soil regulation and pollination services to coffee and cocoa plantations. These maps aim to support community planning efforts and will provide grounds for investment in community conservation efforts. CIMA-Cordillera Azul is the not-for-profit entity managing Cordillera Azul National Park, a diverse 13,500 km2 tract of Amazon Rainforest, which contains some 6000 plant species and 1000 avian species and produces 1.5 mega tonnes of avoided carbon emissions annually.

Work spans biological surveying, geospatial analysis and restoration design, with special attention to representation of data for land management and decision-making.
