Running Wee Bean Coffee Co. challenges me to take charge and endure the steps of developing a growing business. Executing the start up of the business has brought me closer to my community and allowed me to connect and collaborate with other business owners. I bring experience from all aspects of food service, including management, as the current operations manager and lead baker of Heritage Creamery. Through this position I perform actions to keep the business running on a daily basis, such as; scheduling, communication within the company, and generating action plans. Similarly, I give direction and monitor the outputs of the baking team to ensure quality. One of my goals is to inspire people through my culinary creations. I work on building upon my skills in baking and management in every situation possible. Always reaching for ways to help the community with the skills I have.
