In addition to managing some of our major accounts, I work directly with Representatives in four Territories to assist in the development of new business. We guide these Representatives through a process that ensures the clients receive a solution that fit their specific needs, to accomplish this I am involved from the beginning of the process to the implementation stage in most situations. I take pride in the training and developing of the skills of these Representatives so that they can grow into independent & effective producers.

Ordering new vehicles, managing inventory (new, used & wholesale), marketing and advertising (included newspaper ads and promotional events). To lead Sales Managers, Sales Representatives & Finance Managers through a specific process to provide customers with an enthusiastic & friendly approach. Performed training on all new hires and took a genuine interest in their development to ensure their best shot at success. Took a very hands on approach with the staff throughout the process from the beginning to the end in most cases. Prided myself in teaching staff daily how to be successful and rewarded those who put forth the effort by encouraging advancement and promoting those who were exceptional and deserving.
